Responsibilities Key Accountabilities Seal, fillet and fay, cap seal, brush coat, etc. for major assemblies, sub-assemblies, precision bench and integral fuel cell. Apply scotch cast, leveling compound, aerodynamic seal and pressure test, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements and established processes and procedures. The Company will provide appropriate assistance in job training to enable employees to perform all necessary job functions including the following: u2022 Work with blueprints, changes, specifications, work orders, etc. sealing to quality requirements. u2022 Complete required data gathering transactions to facilitate all sealer progression. u2022 Perform any and all required pickup, rework, fabrication, change incorporation, functional testing or check during or after final seal and/or seal progression. u2022 Use measuring instruments as required to accomplish work assignments u2022 Report and/or investigate job handicaps such as: errors, assembly procedures, tools, sequences, etc. u2022 Support the continuous flow of product within the manufacturing process by training, coaching and assisting employees of all classification levels. u2022 Document any discrepancies according to specification, process, and procedure. u2022 Temporarily attach parts and or assemblies, install collars and other hardware not related to drilling or countersinking. Qualifications + All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift. + All Candidates must pass the WorkKeys Assessment ( ) or provide verification that they have passed the WorkKeys Assessment. Delay in completing your WorkKeys Assessment will result in a delay in your start date. You may complete your assessment in advance of an interview. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.
