This includes all aspects of equipment installation, from creating the installation punch list to actual hands-on installation work at client sites. You manage a team responsible for exceptional client experiences, along with overseeing branch operations, performance and attainment of financial goals. Success in this role requires strong managerial skills, communication skills, and a focus on financial performance.ENSURES EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE by motivating associates to reach and maintain goals for technical proficiency, customer service skills, productivity rates, and managing daily schedule to maximize productivity and ensure client satisfaction.ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND REGULATIONS by partnering with Legal and HR as appropriate to ensure compliance with government contracts, prevailing wages, and other issues.KEEPS PROJECTS ON-TIME AND ON-BUDGET by coordinating pre-installation items, template preparation, equipment staging, on-time delivery, and installation services.MANAGES SERVICE DEPARTMENT by performing and ensuring completeness of administrative requirements of service department.BUILDS AND SUPPORTS A COHESIVE, HIGH PERFORMING TEAM by setting goals and providing on-going, structured, and frequent coaching to support associate success.BUILDS BURKHART'S LONG-TERM SUCCESS by effectively leading assigned direct reports, managing for optimal performance, consistently supporting career growth and development, and nurturing engagement with the Burkhart cultural values.What you'll need...Associate degree, vocational certification, or other educational program related to office management, logistics, business administration, or closely related field.3 years of operations experience, preferably in a technical, field service environment.2 years of project coordination experience required.Demonstrated ability to achieve and manage field service activities and growth in a competitive environment.Ability to travel by car and airplane to client offices, meetings, training events, and events as assigned. Out of town travel of up to 50% may be required, depending on territory.Approximately 70% of the associate's time will be spent on customer job sites and this position may at times be required to drive Burkhart vehicles.Maintain a valid driver's license, maintain a good driving record (as defined by Burkhart's liability insurance), and be insurable at all times. This position requires that you drive a variety of vehicles, none of which require special commercial licensing.Preferred Additional Education and/or Experience:Supervisory experience.Experience as a field service technician, or in overseeing or coordinating the work of field service technicians.Experience with dental or medical equipment service, supplies, and sales organization.Vocational training in mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or military technical training.Salary Info:Salary Range of up to $100,000 annually.Our pay ranges are built to allow for ca
