This includes all facets of the machining process, including: Part: Setup, Processing and geometric evaluation of the finished product Tooling: Setup, Evaluation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting CNC Program: Uploading, Proofing/Evaluating, Troubleshooting, Minor Editing and communication of any issues, concerns or improvements with the programming department Machine Tool: Monitoring and Preventative Maintenance of the Mills for Safe, Accurate and Efficient Utilization First Run and Production Run of product Maintaining a Clean, Orderly and SAFE working environmentEssential Functions:1. Performs all assigned machine shop operations2. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee3. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures4. Regularly performs milling, drilling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding tasks5. Performs inspection of machined products, and documents results6. Completes and maintains paperwork for parts7. Cross Shift and Interdepartmental CommunicationsRequired SkillsCompetencies:1.
