OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise IT environment. This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational experience in Microsoft services, endpoint management, and hardware administration who is ready to broaden their skill set across virtualization, security, and cloud technologies. The right candidate is eager to learn, comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of issues, and able to contribute to a secure and reliable infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesCore ResponsibilitiesEndpoint, Device, and Tier-Two SupportAdminister Microsoft 365, Exchange OnlineSupport Intune for device configuration, application deployment, and security baselinesProvide hands-on support for helpdesk agents on end-user issues, workstation builds, and system troubleshootingHardware, Servers, and On-Prem InfrastructureMaintain Dell PowerEdge servers, storage systems, and network-connected devicesAssist with monitoring and upkeep of PureStorage SAN and Ubiquiti/Unifi equipmentSupport routine maintenance tasks, updates, and basic performance checksWindows Server and Directory ServicesSupport Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and general Windows Server administrationAssist with identity, access control, and security hardening tasksDocumentation and OperationsMaintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changesFollow IT policies, standards, and security practicesWork with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issuesSkills RequiredQualificationsExposure to VMware, Zscaler, or AWS environmentsPowerShell, Python, or similar scripting experienceCertifications such as Microsoft 365/Windows Server, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or AWS Cloud PractitionerUnderstanding of security or compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST, etc.)Additional Value-add SkillsInfrastructure and VirtualizationAssist with VMware vSphere 8 administration (vCenter, ESXi, Horizon View)Participate in capacity planning, uptime monitoring, and host maintenanceNetwork Security and AccessSupport Zscaler administration under guidance (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX)Help enforce access controls, identity policies, and security configurationsCloud ExposureSupport AWS environments for foundational tasks (EC2, S3, basic Terraform interaction)Participate in team efforts to automate and modernize infrastructureEducationBachelors degree preferred, preferably in management information systems, math or engineering.
