The Solution Architect designs and oversees the implementation of technical solutions to meet business needs, acting as a bridge between business requirements and technology capabilities. Your future duties and responsibilities: u2022 Analyze Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand business goals, identify inefficiencies, and define technical requirements. u2022 Design Technical Solutions: Create high-level architectural blueprints, define the project's technology stack, and design for scalability, availability, and security. u2022 Develop Roadmaps: Provide recommendations and create technology roadmaps to guide the implementation of the proposed solution. u2022 Ensure Technical Quality: Oversee the integration and implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic vision and meet project quality and timeliness standards. u2022 Manage Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate the technical strategy, progress, and risks to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge. u2022 Lead Technical Teams: Guide development teams and collaborate with other architects, project managers, and business analysts to deliver the solution. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Senior: u2022 Education and/or Experience: Bacheloru2019s degree and/or 5- 10 years of experience u2022 Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired u2022 Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise and software architecture, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and systems integration. u2022 Analytical Skills: Ability to connect business demands with viable technology solutions and make data-driven decisions. u2022 Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for advising stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. u2022 Problem-Solving: A mindset focused on addressing complex technical challenges and finding the best solutions for organizational efficiency. u2022 Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, financial management, and risk analysis to ensure solutions align with business goals.
