Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in our Bellevue clinic. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches. + Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans + Perform hands-on therapeutic techniques and manual therapy + Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement patterns + Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records + Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes + Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs + Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress + Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient care + Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment + Participate in team meetings and case discussions Qualifications To be a part of our team, you'll need to possess the following: + Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure: Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington, showcasing your expertise and dedication to the profession. + Passion for Sports: We believe that loving sports is at the core of understanding and assisting athletes in their healing journey. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
