Were looking for someone with at least five years of plumbing experience who can handle full residential and light commercial installs without needing to be walked through it. You should be confident running rough-ins, finishes, repipes, and remodels, and be comfortable working solo or with an apprentice. We expect you to know your way around water, sewer, and gas systems, and to get the job done cleanly, safely, and up to code.Youll be expected to read prints, run pipe, pull measurements, and install systems that pass inspection the first time. We want someone who can work efficiently without cutting corners, communicate clearly with customers and crew, and help keep the job site clean and professional from start to finish. Youll also be expected to help guide less experienced techs when needed and keep your truck stocked and organized.We want the kind of plumber who shows up ready to work, doesnt need to be reminded how to do the basics, and isnt afraid to take responsibility for the quality of their work. You should be physically fit, capable of lifting 50+ lbs, and comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and all kinds of job site conditions. Youll need a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.Starting pay is $30 to $38 per hour depending on experience, with full-time hours and consistent year-round work.We offer paid training for continued education and license upgrades, a clean truck, well-maintained tools, and a team that actually has each others backs.
