You will prepare discipline estimates and work plans, review and approve design documents, interpret regulations, and assist with performance reporting. Your recommendations for resolving complex issues will help ensure client satisfaction with a projectu2019s architectural aspects. This role is at the Knoxville Execution Center and will support projects within the Nuclear, Security and Environmental global business unit of Bechtel. # Major Responsibilities: + Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates detailed phases of the architectural work for asmall size project or assignment insupport of a global business unitu200b or staff group to include the preparation of original designslayouts, details, drawings and specificationsu200b + Develops and interprets design criteria and specifications for complex architecturalinfrastructure. Analyzes problems with conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas and possiblesolutionsu200b + Reviews bid analyses and makes recommendationsu200b + When delegated, provides guidance to other architectural personnel for specific tasks orproject-subgroups + Reviews and checks work of others as assignedu200b # Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience # Required Knowledge and Skills: + Knowledge of the components and organization of a design package (specifications, plans, elevations, sections, details, enlarged plans, etc.) + Prior experience with CAD system (eg.
