Budget/Planning Analyst Job Category: Finance and Accounting Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Planning/Budget Analyst to assist with resource planning, program analysis, and advocacy, supporting the organization's budgeting and strategic planning processes. For additional information regarding CACIu2019s outstanding benefits and career developing tools, please visit Responsibilities: 1. _Resource Planning:_ + Collect and analyze resource information to develop and validate current and future requirements + Participate in strategic planning discussions to identify actions and timelines + -Develop understanding of performance measures associated with strategic goals 2. _Program Analysis:_ + Analyze moderately complex information to draw conclusions about value, importance, or accuracy + Apply analytical results, including historical trends, to budget submissions and execution assessments 3. _Program Support:_ + Contribute to documentation, briefings, and discussions defending program directions and requirements + Explain moderately complex data to non-experts + Conduct research for ad hoc tasks + Develop negotiation strategies and assess impact of trends + Assist in building decision support models and prototypes + Prepare clear, concise presentations of complex information 4. _Resource Planning and Guidance:_ + Support annual budget build, contributing to budget submissions and Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) + Evaluate program execution within resource constraints + Construct and maintain background documentation 5. Functions may be modified based on the designated office requirements Qualifications: _Required:_ Active TS/SCI Poly u2022 Bachelor's degree u2022 Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis u2022 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills u2022 Strong analytical abilities to evaluate programmatic data and propose solutions u2022 Working knowledge of finance and acquisition systems _Desired:_ u2022 Experience with federal budgeting processes u2022 Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation u2022 Ability to communicate complex information clearly to various audiences u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple or changing priorities.
