Description As a Triage Engineer, youu2019ll be the first line of defense for incoming bugs. Youu2019ll dive into logs, identify patterns, and escalate critical issues across cross-functional teams. Through this process, youu2019ll develop encyclopedic knowledge of our AI systems and frameworks u2014 Spanning from server side architecture to on-device components. This roles requires someone who thrives on solving puzzles, has a genuine curiosity about how AI systems works and can synthesize complex issues into clear and actionable insights. Minimum Qualifications + Excellent written, verbal communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally. + Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with great attention to details. + Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
