We partner with our Nurses at Overland Park Regional Medical Center Job Summary and Qualifications + Under the general direction of the Director or Manager, coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards + NIGHT SCHEDULE: 3 12-hr shifts plus rotating weekends; 7p-7a + Join a community recognized, Level 3B NICU, with an experienced and tenured team, experienced leadership, and genuinely supportive culture. What qualifications you will need: + Graduate of school of nursing required. + Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation + Certifications: BLS Required. NRP certification to be obtained within first 6 months of employment. + Minimum 1 year experience required in a level 3B NICU.
