BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 5 MonthsJob Type: CONTRACTPay Range: $49/hr on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Title: Program Manager Non tech 2Duration: 5 MonthsLocation: RemoteTop 3 Required1.Azure DevOps (Minimum 2 years): Must be able to navigate and support workflow/process development in Azure DevOps, though not at an engineering level.2.Microsoft Office Suite (Minimum 2 years): Proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, and related tools for documentation and communication.3.Project Management/Process Development (Minimum 2 years): Experience in developing, documenting, and managing processes, including stakeholder engagement and triage of communications.Summary:Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical and nontechnical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.Maintain Standard Operating Procedure and build frequently asked questionsSupport human rights programs and projects.
