No prior experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive paid training that leads to certification and advancement.- Operate and maintain extraction equipment to remove and recover materials from various environments, including but not limited to, hazardous and non-hazardous sites.- Monitor and document extraction processes, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.- -Handle and transport extracted materials safely, ensuring proper containment and disposal according to environmental guidelines.- Identify potential risks associated with extraction activities and propose mitigation strategies to ensure safety and efficiency.- Participate in emergency response efforts, providing extraction support when required to mitigate environmental hazards.- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of extraction tools and equipment, ensuring operational readiness at all times.Key Responsibilities:You will work under the direction of Senior Technicians to execute all phases of emergency mitigation and clean-up:- Emergency Response: Assist with water extraction, rapid structural drying, and initial containment setup.- Demolition and Cleanup: Safely perform selective demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup following water or mold incidents.- Equipment Management: Set up, monitor, and maintain specialized drying and air quality equipment.- Logistics: Ensure company tools and vehicles are clean, organized, and properly stocked for job site readiness.What Were Looking For- Reliability: Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift20 plus pounds and work effectively in physically demanding, hands-on environments (e.g., confined spaces, varying temperatures).- Teamwork: A proactive team player with a willingness to learn technical skills and follow instruction.```{=html}```- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy in reporting and documentation.- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.- Must Have:Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
