Job Title: Project Structural EngineerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Structural Engineer to join our structural group in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of projects across sectors such as military, healthcare, education, commercial, and civic, bringing innovative solutions to complex structural challenges. Responsibilities + Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules for projects. + Perform structural modeling, analysis, and design for civil and construction projects. + Produce construction drawings and specifications. + Design facilities for a variety of sectors including military, healthcare, education, commercial, and civic. + Conduct seismic screenings and upgrades. + Provide construction administration and support. Essential Skills + PE license in Washington (SE preferred). + Experience in structural engineering and modeling. + Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCAD. + Strong skills in structural analysis. + Ability to lead teams in structural modeling, analysis, and design. + Hands-on experience producing construction drawings, reports, and specifications. + Conducting seismic evaluations/rehabilitations per ASCE 41 standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Master's degree in a relevant field. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Ability to lead engineers and drafters, and collaborate effectively in team environments. + Independent problem-solving skills and initiative in tackling complex structural challenges. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
