Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs, provide legal advice, and recommend appropriate strategies.Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, asylum applications, and citizenship applications.Legal Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies, and provide accurate and timely legal analysis to support client cases.Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.Court Representation: Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, asylum interviews, and other immigration-related hearings.Client Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients with relevant government agencies, including USCIS, ICE, and CBP.Collaboration: Work closely with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely and accurate case processing.Required: Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolMust be admitted to practice law and in good standing with the bar association of any U.S. state, preferably New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts.
