The Advisory Client Service Supervisor is responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day management of the advisory client service andsupport team and is responsible for executing all tasks associated withthe Client Service Associate role. The Advisory Client ServiceSupervisor plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless clientexperience by providing exceptional customer service whilesimultaneously supporting efforts to grow the client base and assets.This role places a strong emphasis on client onboarding, clientexperience, client service, training, team management, projectmanagement, reporting, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor isresponsible for mentoring and training Client Service Associates,managing the review and completion of Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs), and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of processeswithin the team. As an Advisory Client Service Supervisor, you will:Leadership and Management: Supervise and support the advisory clientservice associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance teamculture. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities toteam members. Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring alignment withdepartment goals and service standards. Lead regular team meetings tocommunicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.Client Service: Ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing servicedelivery across the advisory business. Monitor and enhance the clientexperience by identifying service gaps and implementing improvements.Serve as a point of escalation for client service issues, working withinternal teams and custodians to resolve concerns promptly.
