EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: The list of duties and responsibilities isnot all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties andresponsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Provides direction to team members including but not limited to: Properline set-up Paperwork verification Job responsibilities Work areacleanliness Safe job performance Quality of production Providesdirection to idle employees during downtime Completes and/or auditspaperwork submitted by employees Calls maintenance and warehouse forappropriate equipment or supply issues Leads the department by exampleProvides supervisor with creative ideas to solve existing and potentialopportunities for improvement (safety, quality, and productivity)Accepts responsibility for delegated tasks assigned by SupervisorOperates machines proficiently and is willing and able to learnadditional machinery as needed Participates in at least one continuousimprovement team for their line per year Uses fundamental levels ofemail and computer entry software. Ability to learn basics of the SAPsystem. Coordinates smooth shift transitions Accurate inventory controlof all packaging materials and finished goods pallets Assists Supervisorto drive and test process improvements Coordinates projects such assorting and rework Inspects all machinery after sanitation to ensurethey are clean and assembled completely and correctly Completes dailyproductivity reporting Provides breaks to employees on the line Operateshand jack (after certification) Follows all safety protocolsParticipates in the Safety Committee All other duties as assignedEducation...
