Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful visuals that support marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency. Ideal candidates will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Design and deliver over 25 graphic content assets per month, along with additional one-off projects to support marketing campaigns. u2022 Develop branded templates to streamline content creation and ensure visual consistency. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging visuals that align with campaign strategies and objectives. u2022 Organize, manage, and archive design assets while maintaining version control. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, proposing innovative ideas to enhance visual appeal. u2022 Participate in daily and weekly meetings with the marketing team to ensure alignment on projects and priorities. u2022 Utilize Airtable for efficient project tracking and task management. u2022 Support marketing initiatives by creating designs for both digital and print platforms, including brochures and other promotional materials. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, with expertise in both digital and print design. u2022 Proven ability to produce high-quality designs, supported by a portfolio showcasing your work. u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Canva. u2022 Strong understanding of design principles for digital marketing and print materials. u2022 Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Experience using Airtable for project management and task organization. u2022 Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. u2022 Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is considered a plus.
