Job Description

Oversees the nightly operation of the pharmacy. Ensures the safe and effective use of medications by providing optimal drug product selection dosage regimen design effective administration drug therapy monitoring services and supervision of the medication dispensing process in the Medical Center. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Employees in exempt positions are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible for overtime compensation. This classification is based on the duties and responsibilities of the role, which meet the criteria for the Professional exemption. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull Compensation + The pay rate for this role starts at $133,889.60 annually. New hire compensation will be determined by education and experience. Onboarding Requirements Background checks and pre-employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety-sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen.
