Description Our client is a small CPA firm that is seeking a Tax Staff - Public to join our team, based near Bloomington, Minnesota,. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients in the public accounting sector, with a focus on tax consultation. This role will involve coordinating and implementing client service plans, proofing products, reviewing presentations, and presenting completed projects. Responsibilities: u2022 Engage in direct communication with partners and clients u2022 Take responsibility for a designated group of clients, ensuring their needs are met u2022 Coordinate and implement client service plans to provide high-quality service u2022 Review and proof products and presentations to ensure accuracy and completeness u2022 Present completed projects to clients or partners, providing clear and concise explanations u2022 Develop proficiency in tax consultation through continuous learning and application u2022 Utilize accounting software systems to manage and process client information u2022 Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in all client interactions u2022 Prepare and analyze financial statements and corporate income tax documents u2022 Use organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Requirements u2022 Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role u2022 Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential u2022 Extensive knowledge and understanding of Accounting Functions u2022 Ability to ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and laws u2022 Familiarity with Corporate Income Tax regulations and procedures u2022 Knowledge of Estate Tax regulations and procedures u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities u2022 Ability to work in a team as well as independently u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
