The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid internship designed to provide exposure and insight into professional careers in the exciting leisure travel and cruise industry. Interns will work on meaningful departmental projects while also participating in professional development, leadership speaker sessions, and enrichment activities that provide a holistic view of life at Princess. This program is a hybrid opportunity, with interns working onsite in our South Florida corporate offices, Fort Lauderdale or Doral, depending on your selected team. Eligibility + Enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate or in a graduate/Ph.D. program + A rising Junior + GPA of 3.0 or higher Internship Project Details Interns will be placed in a functional department such as: + Human Resources & Talent Acquisition u2013 Support recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and employee engagement projects + Finance & Strategy u2013 Assist with business analytics, forecasting, and financial planning for a global enterprise + Marketing & Communications u2013 Contribute to campaign development, digital/social media strategy, and internal communications. + IT & Product Innovation u2013 Gain exposure to MedallionClassu00ae technology and work on product development, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives + Operations & Guest Experience u2013 Participate in projects enhancing onboard services, itinerary planning, and global operations Each intern will complete a capstone project presented to Princess leadership at the end of the program.
