Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingSupervise and coordinate daily activities of the yard labor and cleaning crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work performance.Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to improve workflow efficiency, reduce downtime, and support ongoing maintenance projects.Manage and oversee contractor labor crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and quality expectations.Order and maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies, PPE, and rental equipment based on plant operational needs and schedules.Mentor, train, and support new employees to build a skilled, safety-conscious, and high-performing team.What Are We Looking ForStrong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team developmentProven ability to manage production operations in a fast-paced industrial environmentSolid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental regulationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and improve processesComfortable using digital tools and systems for reporting and monitoringWork EnvironmentThis role is based in a cement manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
