It oversees the development of brand collateral and facilitates all internal and external communications as well as the philanthropic initiatives and events planned by the Company. In executing these responsibilities, we are responsible for the company’s brand within the industry, to its stakeholder and to its staff, artists, songwriters, composers, and playwrights.As the Digital Brand Manager, Global Communications, you'll be responsible for overseeing and shaping Concord’s overall online presence by developing and executing strategies across social media, SEO/GEO, and other digital channels. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution—including content creation, paid advertising, and performance analysis—to strengthen Concord’s brand reputation in the industry and outside world. Works under General Supervision.What you’ll do:Develop and oversee Concord’s corporate social media strategy, leveraging social media marketing tools to maintain and strengthen brand presenceCreate, curate, and collaborate with marketing and publicity teams in four business areas to deliver compelling brand stories and cohesive Concord brand appearanceImplement GEO optimization strategies to enhance discoverability and ensure accurate, effective messagingCoordinate updates to key corporate landing pages in partnership with Concord’s web designerOversee the maintenance, accuracy, and updates of Concord-related Wikipedia pages and other online profilesManage the planning, purchase, design, and execution of digital and social advertising campaignsStay informed on social media trends and platform changes, providing guidance to the Global Comms team on relevant shifts affecting communication strategiesMeasure, analyze, and report on digital and social performance relative to industry benchmarks and competitors, applying insights to inform creative and strategic decisionsBuild and maintain relationships with key industry thought leaders and representatives from major social platforms (FB, IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)Monitor and report on Concord’s brand presence and narrative across social media and other online environmentsEngage with community members in alignment with Concord’s voice, values, and brand objectivesSupport increased executive team visibility by guiding participation in conversations related to their areas of expertiseParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need:3-5 years of digital brand management, preferably on the corporate levelCreativity and proficiency with content design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing everyone from IG followers to senior executivesYou recognize that social media doesn't sleep, and find clever and unexpected ways to engage our audience at peak hoursIn-depth understanding of social Media reporting and listening platforms (i.e. Sprout) and of current digital trendsExcel in a fast-paced environment and thrive on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forwardAbility to work with a small team and individually to produce big resultsAt Concord, we offer comprehensive medical and wellness benefits, generous time off, parental leave, charity match, paid time off for volunteering, and other fun company perks.
