Traveling Clinical Restoration Nurse (RN)Centers Health Care is looking to hire a Traveling Clinical Restoration Nurse (RN) who will support our nursing homes across upstate NY.Extensive overnight travel is required!RN license along with prior experience in a long-term care environment is required!DUTIES:Perform functions as delineated under the scope of practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)Conduct clinical audits as directed, correct findings as applicableIdentifies areas of clinical improvement, develop systemic restoration to correct identified areasMaintain focus on quality improvementReport findings to the facility Director of Nursing, Facility Administrator, Clinical Restoration Team Leader or designeeREQUIREMENTS:3+ years of work experience as an RN in a skilled nursing environmentPrior nursing management experience is a plusKnowledge of Point Click Care Electronical Active RNlicense in goodstandingExcellent attention to detail; ability to function independently with minimal oversightStrong level of accountabilityExtensive Travel including overnight stays is required
