Route 66 (Suite 210),, Glendora, CA 91740Pay or shift range:, $23.02 USD, to, $25.45 USDThe posted range is the estimated budget amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including level of position, skill set, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other job-related reasons.DescriptionThe company is seeking a Medical Case Administrator, Senior (MCA-II) on their Disability and Occupational Health team. Working under general supervision, the Medical Case Administrator performs a variety of routine and non-routine customer support activities in support of a specific project/business/technical unit., Responsible for answering basic routine calls and gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources, uses software for functional area to schedule appointments and document in the case management systems, and delivers exceptional customer service at all customer touch points., Primary Responsibilities:Accept, triage and process referred cases from clients via phone, email and/or faxes received; may require general research and analysisStrict adherence to all applicable PHI and PII laws, regulations, and LQTC policiesSchedule claimant appointments including follow-up and rescheduled appointments. Utilize map applications to ensure scheduling per contract and company guidelinesEnter appointment information, notes, and appropriate procedure codes into case management systemEnsure all examinees and providers receive necessary documentationConfirm all consultative reports and diagnostic test results are received and uploaded in the case management system in a timely mannerMeet or exceed contract timeliness guidelines in both scheduling and case management systemsMay help lead/mentor peers in regard to standard workflowsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications:High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)1-3 years of related experience preferably with electronic medical scheduling and/or case management softwareMust be able to pass a federal background check and/or obtain and maintain additional, clearances as specified by the contract (e.g., NACI, PIV, SMS, TMS)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with healthcare and/or government contractsAbility to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and superior follow through skillsPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills , Demonstrated strong customer service skillsKnowledge and understanding of medical terminologyKnowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, WordDetail-oriented and possesses the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize their workMust be self-motivated, and possess exceptional interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively exercise critical thinking skillsAdditional Information:Hybrid Schedule - Required to work onsite on Wednesdays:, 924 Overland Ct,, San Dimas, CA 91773, , PLEASE NOTE:, Office will be moving on 12/22/2025 to a new location: 2100 E.
