Key Responsibilities + Assemble box builds using visual aids and detailed work instructions + Perform mechanical assembly operations with precision tools and measuring techniques + Install wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components + Set up and operate tools/equipment in the box build area + Identify and escalate quality issues to team leaders + Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles ? Essential Skills + Handsu2011on experience with assembly, PCB/PCB assembly, box build, and cable assembly + Ability to read blueprints and understand cabling/surface mount processes + 2u20135 years of mechanical operator experience in electronics manufacturing preferred + Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and independence u2705 Additional Qualifications + Flexibility to work overtime when needed + Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills ?
