What Youu2019ll Do + Operate, maintain, and repair manual lathes with expert care. + Fit parts with precision , holding tolerances within .001u2013.005 inches . + Set up and run multiple machines concurrentlyu2014your efficiency matters. + Monitor fixturing and work-holding methods to ensure accuracy and safety. + Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and height stands. + Keep equipment in top shape through preventative maintenance and daily cleaning. What You Bring + Proven manual machining experience . + Strong knowledge of manual lathes, mills, and turning centers . + Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence. + A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
