Description We are looking for an experienced Shared Services Accounts Receivable Analyst II to join our team in Land Ou2019 Lakes, Florida. In this role, you will manage accounts receivable processes related to secondary insurance balances across various payer types, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Workers Comp, and Auto. You will contribute to claim denial resolution while collaborating with internal systems such as Oracle and SharePoint. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for detail oriented growth within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage secondary insurance accounts receivable across multiple financial classes, including Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Blue Cross, and Workers Comp. u2022 Investigate and resolve claim denials using centralized processes and tools. u2022 Utilize Oracle, SharePoint, and other patient accounting systems to perform daily tasks efficiently. u2022 Assist in providing front desk coverage at the Business Services Office while adhering to established security protocols. u2022 Support the onboarding and training of new team members through shadowing and hands-on guidance. u2022 Participate in special projects related to accounts receivable and financial operations. u2022 Ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards and practices. u2022 Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. u2022 Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex billing issues. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts receivable management within the healthcare industry. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software and systems such as Oracle and SharePoint. u2022 Strong knowledge of secondary insurance billing processes for various payer types. u2022 Familiarity with medical billing, collections, and patient accounting procedures. u2022 Ability to handle claim denial resolution and analyze complex financial data. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration. u2022 Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
