EPIC Program Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to standardize project management practices across multiple workstreams, ensure transparency in status reporting, and provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership. This role is critical in driving accountability, maintaining timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of the project by the February 17th go-live date. u2022 Standardization & Organization u2003u2022 Establish and enforce consistent project management processes across all workstreams. u2003u2022 Create a clear view of dependencies between workstreams to identify and mitigate risks. u2022 Status Reporting & Communication u2003u2022 Develop and implement a streamlined process for delivering project status updates to executives. u2003u2022 Prepare and present biweekly status reports and executive decks that are clear, concise, and actionable. u2003u2022 Ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting project progress, challenges, and risks. u2022 Executive Engagement u2003u2022 Communicate effectively with C-suite and EVP-level stakeholders. u2003u2022 Deliver polished presentations and updates during executive meetings. u2003u2022 Provide honest, direct assessments of project status and potential issues. u2022 Project Oversight u2003- Organize and manage project activities to maintain alignment with timelines. u2003- Hold team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines. u2003- Ensure the project remains on track for the February 17th go-live date without further delays.
