Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities: u2022 Address customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. u2022 Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. u2022 Monitor TikTok engagement and oversee activities related to the TikTok Shop. u2022 Participate in photoshoots for organic content and collaborate with content creators to ensure quality output. u2022 Assist in planning promotional campaigns, including calendar creation, setup in Shopify, and coordination with partners. u2022 Design graphics for blogs and promotions using Canva templates, ensuring visual appeal and brand consistency. u2022 Research and experiment with AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and e-commerce operations. u2022 Analyze promotional performance using Triple Whale to inform future marketing initiatives. u2022 Provide hands-on assistance with miscellaneous projects, such as customizing products with heat presses and coordinating office activities. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred but not required. u2022 Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities. u2022 Proficiency in social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. u2022 Familiarity with Canva and other design tools; experience with CapCut, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus. u2022 Basic knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and collaboration tools like and Slack. u2022 Comfortable engaging with customers and resolving conflicts with professionalism. u2022 Creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving, coupled with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. u2022 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to shared goals.
