Accounting Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise in handling financial transactions and office tasks will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure accuracy in accounting processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and code accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate financial records. u2022 Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable, including contacting customers for payment follow-ups. u2022 Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. u2022 Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments. u2022 Utilize the SyteLine ERP system for accounting and administrative tasks. u2022 Organize and manage filing systems for financial and clerical documents. u2022 Conduct general office duties to support daily operations. u2022 Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with accounting software. u2022 Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. u2022 Ability to process invoices accurately and efficiently. u2022 Knowledge of the SyteLine ERP system is highly preferred. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role. u2022 Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced setting.
