Service Technician

Job Title: Service Technician Job Description In this role, you will handle the installation, start-up, training, and troubleshooting of a diverse array of electro-mechanical and electronic printing and coding systems. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and offer expert support to our customers. The position involves significant overnight travel, both domestically and occasionally internationally. Essential Skills + Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills. + In-depth knowledge of computers and computer-operated equipment. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + A self-starter who can work independently. + Working knowledge of hand tools as well as basic power tools. + Working knowledge of electronic troubleshooting tools. + Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted. + Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. + Must have a valid driveru2019s license. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate degree, Trade School, or equivalent experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
