What You'll Do + Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production + Lead, train, and schedule a team of 6 frontline culinary staff + Support retail operations including menu execution, signage, and service standards + Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols + Collaborate with the General Manager on menu planning, inventory, and cost control + Utilize digital tools including POS systems, menu boards, and signage platforms + Maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
