As a Data Reporting Analyst within PNC's Merchant Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely reporting processes, supporting ad-hoc data requests, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at improving portfolio performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Maintain and update monthly reports on to ensure accuracy and consistency. u2022 Pull ad-hoc reporting requests from sales, product, finance and other stakeholders. u2022 Assist in gathering business requirements for data development. u2022 Take ownership of existing dashboards and ensure timely updates and enhancements. u2022 Contribute to reporting and strategy development initiatives focused on reducing portfolio attrition. u2022 Reports to the Sr. Manager of Pricing, Data Analysis & Revenue Initiatives. Qualifications: u2022 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business operations. u2022 Experience working with or for a sales organization, payments/merchant acquiring industry a plus. u2022 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with Python, SQL, or Hadoop and business analytics tools preferred. u2022 Experience building dashboards with Tableau, Power BI. u2022 Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard management. u2022 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions.
