Key job responsibilities Specifically, in this role you will: u2022 Monitor and resolve supply chain challenges, including material availability, capacity constraints, and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery. u2022 Track supplier performance to cost, quality, and schedule targets; identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain program commitments. u2022 Lead supplier readiness for production by ensuring manufacturing processes, tooling, and resources are capable of meeting program requirements for large composite structures. u2022 Partner with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve technical and production issues, ensuring supplier alignment with Amazon Leo program needs. u2022 Drive supplier improvement initiatives in yield, throughput, and cycle time, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability. u2022 Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component purchase agreements and others. u2022 Build strong relationships with supplier leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling transparent issue resolution and alignment on program objectives. u2022 Act as the primary interface between Amazon Leo operations, engineering, and supply chain team, resolving production and technical issues to ensure reliable, on-time delivery Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 5+ years of supply chain experiencePreferred Qualifications- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
