Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cornelius, North Carolina. This is an on-site, contract-to-permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to support a large volume of facilities while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to routine inquiries from customers and troubleshoot facility-related issues with efficiency and professionalism. u2022 Offer guidance to customers navigating e-commerce platforms and assist with transaction-related questions. u2022 Manage escalated situations calmly and empathetically, providing solutions to distressed or frustrated callers. u2022 Conduct outbound follow-up calls to resolve prior inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. u2022 Record and update all customer interactions and case progress accurately within internal systems. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in e-commerce customer support, demonstrating strong digital troubleshooting skills. u2022 Proficiency in Mac OS and ability to work confidently within a tech-driven environment. u2022 Familiarity with online customer service systems, including SaaS or digital services. u2022 Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling challenging or emotionally charged customer situations. u2022 Prior experience in high-volume customer service settings is preferred. u2022 Previous hybrid work experience is advantageous. u2022 Knowledge of facility-based businesses is a bonus but not required.
