UX Data Research Analyst - INTL LATAM

Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Data Research Analyst to support the User Experience Research team at a leading company in the Gaming industry. The main role of the Data Research Analyst will be to create, send, and analyze large-scale surveys intended to learn about the player base of the core gaming products. Job Functions u2022 Create surveys and trackers to support all products and initiatives u2003u25cb Design questions that do not bias respondents u2003u25cb Use best practice methodologies to produce actionable, accurate, and representative data. u2022 Advanced, survey focused, data visualizations (Tableau, Excel, Sheets) u2003u25cb Creating clear reports and dashboards based on surveys sent to players and users of their products. u2022 Data queries (HIVE, Snowflake, Tableau) u2003u25cb Querying multiple types of databases and plugging data queries directly into tools like Tableau are essential for this role. These skills will be used to target audiences for survey sends, pull in additional analytics to identify respondents, and allow for advanced data visualizations. u2022 Report writing and presenting data u2003u25cb Writing detailed and understandable reports that will speak to a variety of audiences across the enterprise u2003u25cb Presenting data in meetings and providing additional relevant context where applicable. u2022 Act as backup for all functions of current data researchers u2022 Provide support to UX researchers on report creation that involves data visualization. u2022 Quickly pivot with new data to ensure a constant flow of player insights are output as updated player survey data is received to ensure we are always reporting on timely and relevant findings. u2022 Contribute to overall needs of the UXR team e.g. peer review, supporting other teams with survey expertise, etc. u2022 Contribute survey expertise to assist others in the company with the creation of surveys.
