Client Support Specialist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound communications, and resolving technical issues efficiently. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site in a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, including setting up new users and terminating access for former employees. u2022 Provide updates and support to newly referred customers during their onboarding process. u2022 Address support requests, including password resets and technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions. u2022 Analyze data from calls and tickets to identify trends and recommend improvements to support processes. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data entry and maintain accurate records. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. u2022 Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. u2022 Assist in managing and resolving support tickets, demonstrating problem-solving abilities. u2022 Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions. Requirements u2022 At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. u2022 Proven ability to handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. u2022 Familiarity with call center operations and a track record of excellent customer service. u2022 Strong attention to detail in data entry and record management. u2022 Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve support tickets effectively. u2022 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
