Systems Engineer II

Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer II to join our team in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team to support organizational objectives. This role requires candidates to be onsite (hybrid) - local candidates are preferred. Also, no third-party candidates will be considered. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance and security. u2022 Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server systems to support business operations. u2022 Manage Azure Active Directory to facilitate seamless integration with cloud-based services. u2022 Oversee Citrix technologies to provide efficient virtual desktop and application solutions. u2022 Perform updates and maintenance tasks on Microsoft Exchange to ensure reliable email communication. u2022 Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions. u2022 Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. u2022 Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. u2022 Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar position. u2022 Strong knowledge of Active Directory configuration and management. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration. u2022 Experience working with Azure Active Directory. u2022 Familiarity with Citrix technologies and their implementation. u2022 Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange administration. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. u2022 Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
