Construction Helper

Job Title: Construction Helper Job Description As a Framer, you will join our indoor team to assemble custom residential components with precision and care. You will utilize a tape measure, hand and power tools to build components such as trusses, walls, and floors for new home construction. Responsibilities + Measure and cut lumber and building materials. + Assemble wood framing components including walls, floors, and trusses. + Read and interpret construction and design plans. + Operate hand and power tools such as saws, nail guns, and staple guns. + Follow safety protocols and company procedures. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Experience in construction or carpentry is preferred. + Ability to read and understand design and building plans. + Strong measurement and basic math skills. + Comfortable with lifting heavy materials. + Familiarity with hand and power tools. + Reliability, safety-consciousness, and team-oriented mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of lumber and building materials is a plus. + Pre-employment screening includes a 5-panel instant test and a physical. Why Work Here?
