MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve. Administrative Assistant - Adult Day Heath Location: 225 Foxborough Blvd #103, Foxborough, MA 02035 Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday Dayshift 40 Hours Wage: $20-22 hour Department: Office Support & Food Program Support No weekends, no evenings, no on-call shifts As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and secretarial support to multiple supervisors and staff. This role offers variety each day, with responsibilities ranging from correspondence and scheduling to CACFP program support. Your attention to detail and adaptability help ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities u2022 Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, and reports. u2022 Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and take meeting minutes as needed. u2022 Process administrative paperwork including employment requisitions, invoices, and expense vouchers. u2022 Review and prepare non-routine documents such as purchase requisitions, performance reports, and work orders. u2022 Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment repairs. u2022 Set up and oversee confidential files and sensitive records. u2022 Communicate with vendors, staff, and external partners. u2022 Assist with special projects and prepare reports using established formats. u2022 Track and manage company equipment (computers, fobs), including reclaiming items from departing employees. u2022 Support compliance with State, Federal, and company policies. u2022 Assist with Human Resources tasks and onboarding/offboarding processes. u2022 Provide support to the CACFP program: invoicing, tracking, enrollment reports, and communication with dietitians. u2022 Collaborate with administrative teammates to assist with overflow tasks. Qualifications u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. u2022 2+ years of administrative support experience. u2022 Strong proofreading, writing, and organizational skills. u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. u2022 Reliable time-management and multitasking abilities. u2022 Ability to travel as needed. u2022 Physical ability to perform light work (lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally).
