Our patients span all age groups, from children to geriatric individuals. Our services involve a range of medical and non-medical assistance provided through visits to the individualu2019s own home. These services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Home Health Aide Services. Aveannau2019s services are tailored to individualu2019s needs and can significantly improve the quality of life for those who need short-term assistance but wish to remain in their own homes. Position Overview Join Aveanna Healthcare as Home Health Aide (HHA). You will provide personal care, selected treatment procedures, minimal household tasks and occasional meal preparation under the advisory of a Registered Nurse for individuals with special needs in their homes. Newly hired Variable Hour and Part Time employees are measured for eligibility into our ACA Benefits plans over their first twelve months of employment (also known as the Initial Measurement Period). Employees who work at least 130 hours per calendar month over this Initial Measurement Period will be invited to enroll in our ACA Benefits Plans, which offer an array of enhanced benefit plan options.
