Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, including the ability to work with components up to 480 volts. Responsibilities + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion machines and related equipment. + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. + Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). + Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Essential Skills + Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance + Strong mechanical and electrical skills + Ability to work with components up to 480 volts + Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and extrusion machines + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and automation + Ability to perform electrical maintenance and repair + Knowledge of 3-phase and single-phase systems + Familiarity with conveyor systems and production equipment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
