If youu2019re adaptable, reliable, and ready to roll with the seasons, we want you on our team. ?ufe0f What Youu2019ll Do + Receive and process crop trucks during harvest (Septu2013Oct) + Clean combines and support harvest operations + Supply seeds to the Conditioning department + Apply treatments, label, tag, bag, and palletize seeds (Novu2013Mar) + Enter inventory data into computer systems + Stage and ship seed products + Retag and re-bag returned seeds (Apru2013Aug) + Inspect and wash pro boxes for reuse u2705 What You Bring + Knowledge of production agriculture or plant operations + Ability to work safely while maintaining seed quality + Strong decision-making and teamwork skills + Forklift experience preferred + Reliable transportation and punctuality + Ability to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs and work in varied environments + Willingness to work long hours, rotational shifts, and overtime + Effective communication skills and a positive attitude ?
