Quality Control Technician

Quality Control Technician Location: Hanover, MD Pay: $20 - $26 per hour Schedule: 6:00 AM u2013 6:00 PM 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Position Overview: We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our electrical manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all productsu2014including switchboards, power distribution units, and control panels u2014meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection and testing within an electrical or industrial manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: + Inspect and test electrical assemblies, including control panels, switchboards, and power distribution units , for compliance with specifications and safety standards. + Verify wiring, connections, and component placement against electrical schematics and wiring diagrams . + Perform functional tests on completed units to ensure proper operation. + Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. + Identify and report defects, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective actions. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
