Job Requirements and Essential Functions: u2022 High School Diploma or GED, College degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience preferred u2022 1-2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility. u2022 Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation. u2022 Excellent communication skills. u2022 Dependable attendance and punctuality are a necessity. u2022 Able to perform basic business math. u2022 Basic Microsoft Office skills required. u2022 Strong analytical and decision-making skills required. u2022 Able to complete required online training and certification modules. u2022 Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another). u2022 Able to complete tasks that include stooping, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs. u2022 Able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping during 90% of shift time.
