If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements Required Skills u2003u2022 3-5 years of PLC Troubleshooting experience u2003u2003u25cb Diagnose and repair PLC systems across platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and GE RX3i. 75% of the job u2003u2003u25cb Read and interpret ladder logic, function block diagrams, and I/O maps. u2003u2003u25cb Trace faults from field devices through I/O cards and logic to output devices. u2003u2003u25cb Work with HMIs and Wonderware systems. u2003u2003u25cb Utilize data acquisition tools like iba for system analysis. u2003u2022 Relay & Control Circuits experience u2003u2022 Industrial Drive Systems experience u2003u2022 AC & DC Motor experience u2003u2022 Hydraulics & Pneumatics basic troubleshooting experience u2003u2022 Power Distribution experience u2003u2022 Instrumentation & Field Devices experience u2003u2022 Mechanical Awareness u2003u2022 Documentation & Communication Preferred Background & Certifications u2003u2022 Technical degree, military electronics background, or industrial maintenance experience. u2003u2022 Basic electrical safety training (NFPA 70E or equivalent). u2003u2022 Forklift and man-lift certification (preferred). u2003u2022 Experience in heavy industry (steel, paper, chemical, or similar 24/7 operations).
