Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Darien, Connecticut. In this Contract to permanent role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet members and guests with a friendly and detail oriented demeanor. u2022 Process payments accurately using the designated payment platform. u2022 Manage the creation and distribution of flyers, as well as the printing of food and beverage menus. u2022 Schedule appointments for the golf simulator and manage bookings efficiently. u2022 Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall member experience. u2022 Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department. u2022 Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. u2022 Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service or a similar front desk role. u2022 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. u2022 Proficiency in handling payment systems and booking software. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. u2022 Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction. u2022 Proficient in basic computer applications for administrative tasks.
