Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports the achievement of the siteu2019s business goals and objectives through adherence to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes. Responsibilities + Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance and repairs during machine service. + Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines. + Detect faulty operations and defective material and report these and any unusual situations to proper supervision. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust. + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Essential Skills + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum 5 years of CNC equipment maintenance experience. + Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and reach. + Capability to work in high noise areas, at heights, in confined spaces, and congested work sites. + Willingness to work shift work and duration rotations in a shop setting. Work Environment The work schedule is from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
