This is a client facing collaborative role to help lead and implement NetSuite solutions, integrations, and system enhancements. You will work closely with organizational business units and cross functional technical teams on delivering B2C and B2B solutions. You'll be able to provide a strategic vision for the use of NetSuite throughout the company and help deliver value for our clients. This position is located at the client site in Alexandria, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: u2022 Ability to lead and deliver end-to-end solutions alongside a team of engineers. u2022 Leading role as NetSuite ERP and SCA engineer. u2022 Integral team member alongside NetSuite engineers, functional SMEs, and business analysis. u2022 Execute development requirements outlined in statement of work, technical requirements or user stories. u2022 Build relationships with clients to deliver successful projects on time and on budget. u2022 Participates in Scrum Agile development methodologies. u2022 Stays updated on new products and technologies including core NetSuite and eCommerce. u2022 Configures and customizes NetSuite Solutions and Integrations for B2C and B2B architecture to fit current client ecosystem. u2022 Educates internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices. u2022 Partners with client on strategic roadmap with NetSuite as the ERP and center of business operations. u2022 Expected to collaborate with other cross functional teams in integration needs with Adobe Commerce, Events Platforms, CRM, CDP, and Data warehouse. u2022 Works alongside eCommerce, finance and accounting teams on NetSuite Integrations, configurations, and customizations u2022 Conducts business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients. u2022 Preparation of scope documents resulting from prospects/clientsu2019 requirements gathering sessions. u2022 Problem solving skills to assess and troubleshoot issues that arise during application configurations, workflows, and scripting. u2022 Ensures information security protocols and practices are in place to protect unauthorized access and use of corporate data. u2022 Helps service delivery teams to ensure the agreed-upon targets and standards are met. u2022 Identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiencies for clients. u2022 Effectively and proactively communicates risks to management and assists with the development of viable solutions to mitigate risk. u2022 Ability to work in a hectic, fast-paced organization, and filled with high-pressure situations daily. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u2022 5+ years of direct full life cycle NetSuite implementation+, upgrades, and support experience. u2022 5 + years of developing eCommerce software solutions on NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced. u2022 5+ yearsu2019 experience with API (Soap, Rest) development and integration. u2022 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization. u2022 3+ yearsu2019 experience with iPaaS Systems (MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Boomi). u2022 In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory. u2022 Experience with workflows, user events, saves searches, scheduled scripts and map reduce scripts. u2022 Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus. u2022 Experience with custom implementation and JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone.js, React.js, Node.js. u2022 Ability to lead functional and technical workshops including documenting requirements and use cases. u2022 Experience with NetSuite's SuiteCloud Developer Framework (SDF) u2022 Experience with SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0), SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting u2022 Experience with data conversions, migrations, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications u2022 Experience working in a global business environment. u2022 Preferred NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Application Developer, Web Services Developer, ERP Consultant Certifications u2022 Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800.00 - $228,100.00.
